Microsoft Unveils Research Prototype of LCD-Based Keyboard..

Microsoft Corp.'s applied sciences group has developed a keyboard that is based on a large touch-screen.
 마이크로소프트 사의 연구조직은 큰 터치스크린을 기반으로 한 키보드를 개발하고 있다.
The device may adapt itself to a variety of programs and potentially allows to greatly simplify the input.
이 기기는 다양한 프로그램에 적용될것이고 잠재적으로 입력에 대해 굉장히 단순하게 만들 것이다. 
One of the main drawbacks of the concept is the lack of tactile feedback.
이 기기의 주요 관점중 하나는 tactile 피드백의 부족이다.

Microsoft Adaptive Keyboard is a research prototype developed by Microsoft Hardware to explore how combining display and input capabilities in a keyboard can allow users to be more productive.
마이크로소프트 어뎁티브 키보드는 마이크로소프트 하드웨어부에서 개발된 연구 프로토 타입으로서 시각과 입력을 잘 조합시켜서 사용자로 하여금 더 생산적이게끔 만들어준다.
The keyboard incorporates a large, touch-sensitive display strip at the top. In addition, the display continues underneath the keys, allowing the legends to be modified in real time.
이 키보드는 탑부분에 크고 터치에 민감한 디스플레이열을 포함한다. 게다가 이 시각은 키 아래쪽에도 위치해서 실시간으로 범례를 확인할수 있게끔 한다. 
This lets users do things like change the character set to a different language or display command icons.
이건 사용자에게 다른 언어를 제공하거나 디스플레이 커맨드 아이콘을 바꿀수 있게끔 도와준다.

The Adaptive Keyboard is a research prototype, not a product. It is only available to participants in the UIST Student Innovation Contest, who are supposed to demonstrate usage models for the device.
이 어뎁티브 키보드는 연구용 프로토 타입이라 팔지 않는다.  UIST학생 개발 대회 참석자들에게 제공될 예정이고, 이는 이 기기의 사용 모델을 만들어 낼 예정이다.

Art Lebedev design studio from Russia released a keyboard that features an OLED screen inside each key. The product did not turn out popular due to its massive price. At present the Optimus Maximus keyboard costs $2400.
러시아의 레베데브디자인 연구소는 키마다 OLED스크린이 장착된 키보드를 내놨는데 큰 가격때문에 인기를 끌지 못했다.
현재 가장 최고가의 키보드는 2400달러다.
